Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code and the guestbook opens in their phone's browser. With a tablet in kiosk mode, they record right there. Nobody needs an app or an account.
How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes. Create your guestbook, choose or write your questions, and get your QR codes ready for the venue.
Who can see the videos?
Only the two of you. Your guestbook has its own private link, media links expire, nothing is ever made public, and you can delete any video.
What if the venue has bad signal?
The video is recorded on the device first and uploaded afterwards. If the upload fails, the guest can simply try again.
Can we get an edited film?
Yes. The Keepsake Film add-on (€249) is a professionally edited film made from your guests' videos, and you can add it after the wedding.
